I am at home illustrating Children's books, and this is my calling. I am currently involved writing and illustrating my own picture book focused on children ages 4 -8 years old. My love of illustration, and color work goes back to attendance at the Rhode Island School of Design, and Fashion Institute of Technology, where I studied Illustration and Textile Design. I have a BAIS in Elementary Education, Kindergarten - 8th grade. Many inspirations come from teaching experiences, schools, and kids who are always at the heart of it all. I also find inspiration interacting with animals and being close to nature.

I belong to the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, Arizona. I belong to Jacketflap. It is through these two associations that I find true inspiration and friendship.
